30-Day Product Guarantee
We proudly offer a 30-day refund policy on most new, unopened items. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery. Approved refunds will be issued minus shipping costs, and items must be returned in their original condition.
Before initiating any return, please contact our support team at support@adroitkeycart.online to obtain a return authorization.
Returns for Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect product due to our error, we’ll cover the return shipping cost and send you the correct item with expedited shipping at no extra charge. Your refund will be processed back to your original payment method and typically completed within 2 to 4 weeks, accounting for shipping, inspection, and payment processing time.
Digital License Refunds
For electronically delivered products, refunds are only issued after manufacturer verification confirms that the license key has not been activated or tampered with. Once validated, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Restocking Fees (Applicable in Specific Cases)
Certain product types are subject to restocking fees based on fulfillment status:
Open License Orders: May incur a 15% restocking fee if submitted to distribution or fulfilled.
Retail Licenses: May incur a 15% restocking fee once fulfilled.
Antivirus Products: May incur a 25% restocking fee after fulfillment.
Subscription Cancellations
For recurring software subscriptions, we require a 30-day written notice prior to cancellation.
SHIPPING
We ship to most destinations worldwide, though some product restrictions and international limitations may apply. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method and location.

ELECTRONIC DELIVERY
